I'll give a somewhat fair comparison to Thunberg in France.

Imagine a Christian Zionist journalist who goes to Gaza, getting shown around by the IDF.

There are things that journalist won't be shown.

Greta was NOT in the riots in Paris, she was in protests in St. Denis.

If you know who lives in St. Denis, it's very improbable she ever got to see any looting. Or even rioting against the police.
