This is obviously while it is still dark ...
Whether you actually woke people up who were sleeping or not, you probably counted on doing that.
Even with a beautiful national anthem, sleep privation is torture.
10:55 Given the footage is actually chosing only a smaller part of the time, and it is still dark, it would have been pretty early in the morning.
